History
Kim S. Rhoades, CPA, commenced operations as Rhoades & Associates, PC on October 1, 1990, in Saline, Michigan. In November of 1999, Robert A. Doehrer, CPA, was admitted as a partner, and the firm changed it's name to Rhoades Doehrer & Associates, PLLC. Then, in January of 2000, the firm expanded its tax and consulting services by forming Hantz Rhoades & Doehrer, LLC, a joint venture with Hantz Tax & Business, LLC, a member of the Hantz Group of companies.
Over the years, the firm has grown steadily and rapidly, and now has fifteen staff members to service a continuously growing clientele. Today, with active practices in accounting, tax planning and preparation, personal financial planning, small business consulting and start-up, Hantz Rhoades Doehrer has evolved into a full-fledged accounting and consulting firm, providing services to Michigan and out-of-state clients.
Under our current organizational structure, our tax, accounting and consulting services are provided by Hantz Rhoades & Doehrer, LLC. All financial statement preparation and other attest services are provided by Rhoades Doehrer & Associates, PLLC.
The partners of Hantz Rhoades Doehrer offer the benefit of years of experience gained from previous positions in both public and private industry and education.
